Salt Lake City woman faces charges after alleged shooting 'over a parking spot': report

The Salt Lake City Police Department was alerted of an alleged shooting after an argument over a parking spot Friday night, KUTV reports.
Vanessa Johnson, officials found, "brandished a firearm and shot the victim" who "was treated on scene by medical personnel" with "no transport" and "no other injuries" detected.
Johnson pulled the trigger "around 12:10 am during a confrontation over a parking spot in a nearby alley," according to the report.

After officials discovered a handgun inside of her vehicle, the 31-year-old was taken into custody and faces several charges.
